The rest of the docs explain Insighto.ai feature by feature. This section flips that around: pick a goal, follow the recipe.

Each page below is a self-contained walkthrough — scenario, the pieces of the platform you'll wire together, and click-by-click setup. Most recipes take 30–60 minutes start to finish. They're written so you can swap out the industry detail (a dental clinic becomes a law firm, a SaaS demo desk becomes a real-estate hotline) without changing the underlying flow.

  • 24/7 phone receptionist with appointment booking — a voice agent answers every inbound call, qualifies the caller, and books straight into your Google Calendar with an automated SMS confirmation and 24-hour reminder.

  • WhatsApp sales assistant — a WhatsApp Business agent that answers product questions from your knowledge base, captures structured intake, and drops the lead into HubSpot or Zoho.

  • Outbound sales campaign — bulk-dial a cold list with an AI that re-qualifies leads and books demos onto the right rep's calendar. Concurrency-paced; outcomes auto-tagged by intent.
