Usage

The Usage page is your single answer to "where is my account spending?". It shows credit health, a daily burn trend, what's eating your budget by assistant and by channel, and a feed of the most recent conversations. Useful for catching runaway widgets, weekly reviews, and forecasting when you'll need to top up.

Defaults

  • Date range — last 30 days. You can pick a custom range from the date picker.
  • No preset chips (no "today / 7d / this month" shortcuts) — pick the dates you want.
  • Auto-refresh — the page pulls fresh data every page load.

What you see

Plan-health tiles

Across the top, dynamic tiles for each credit type on your plan. The tile shows what's used vs. allotted, with a color band that turns yellow then red as you near the limit. Examples (you'll see only the ones your plan includes):

  • Text queries
  • Voice minutes
  • Concurrent calls
  • Phone numbers
  • Human-agent seats

The tiles are computed from your plan's credit grants and your live spend, so they always match what the billing system will charge.

Daily burn trend

A line chart of credit burn per day across the selected range. Useful for spotting a Monday spike from a new campaign, or a flat line that says "nobody used the widget last week."

Top assistants

The assistants pulling the most volume in the selected range. Click an assistant to drill into its conversations.

By channel donut

Share of conversation volume split by channel — web chat, WhatsApp, phone, SMS, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram. Quick read on which channel your customers actually use.

Recent activity table

Most recent conversations across the workspace, six columns:
