Profile

Your profile holds the basic identity Insighto uses to address you, attribute activity, and reach you for support. It's intentionally minimal — most things you'd expect to be here (timezone, MFA, account delete) aren't exposed today.

What you can edit

Open Settings → Profile. The editable fields:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Business name — used on invoices and surfaced in some agency branding.
  • Phone — your contact number.

Click Save and the changes are live.

What you can't edit yourself

  • Email — read-only. If your email needs to change, click Request correction and a support ticket goes to the Insighto team.
  • Timezone — there's no timezone setting today. Times in the dashboard are shown in your browser's local timezone.
  • 2FA / MFA — not currently available.
  • Account deletion — no self-serve delete. Email support if you need an account closed.

Change password

Open Settings → Profile → Change password:

  1. Enter the new password twice.
  2. Click Update.

Two things to know:

  • There's no current-password step. If your session is logged in, that's enough.
  • Submitting logs you out. You'll be sent back to the sign-in screen with the new password — that's by design.
