What is Insighto.ai?
Insighto.ai is a platform for building voice and chat AI agents that connect to your tools, knowledge base, and customers across every channel — web chat, WhatsApp, SMS, phone calls, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, and more.
Every agent is built around four primitives:

How it's priced
Every account ships with monthly query and voice-second allowances on the chosen plan. Once those are exhausted, the Wallet kicks in for pay-as-you-go usage. Bring your own provider keys (BYOK — OpenAI, Azure, Deepgram, etc.) to skip the wallet entirely for LLM and TTS costs.
